We are looking for 2 new members of staff to join our team at this friendly and busy 9 partner GP Surgery.  We serve a population of 11450 patients and we use the EMIS Web Clinical IT System.  Annual leave is 5 weeks per annum plus Bank Holidays (pro-rata for part-time employees).  Please see below for our current vacancies.

Medical Receptionist (Permanent) 35.5 hours per week over 4 days

Previous experience would be an advantage, excellent customer service skills and IT skills are essential. You must be able to work under pressure and be able to work as part of a team. Starting salary is £15752.64 per annum.  Annual incremental pay increases for the 4 years then annual pay reviews thereafter. Closing date 17 December 2019.

Practice Nurse - RGN (Permanent) Full-time or Part-time

Experience in general treatment room duties (cervical smear tests, child immunisations, chronic disease management) would be an advantage but not essential as full training and support will be given to the right candidate.  Opportunities for career progression and access to training through Kernow CIC Training Hub is available. 

Candidates must have IT skills, be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, be a good team player and have the ability to work under pressure.  Salary negotiable depending on experience.  Closing date 28 December 2019.
